Molly Lubin-Fosha, LPC-MHSP

Licensed Professional Counselor, MHSP

Are you looking to break free from suffering and overcome your reluctance to be your authentic self? I know how hard it can be to try to cope and be in the struggle alone. I am joining with Open Door Counseling to offer my experience in supporting healing for LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and disabled clients, new parents, and those navigating pregnancy and parenthood, and those in postpartum. I truly believe in therapy's power to transform lives and I'm passionate about helping you uncover your inner strength and resilience.

I help clients navigate complex trauma and mental health challenges like depression, anxiety and interpersonal difficulties, as well as OCD, ADHD, and PTSD. I deeply believe that cost should not be a barrier to accessing quality mental health care and healing, so I offer a sliding-scale and take insurances. My approach is integrative – tailored to your unique story and needs. We can walk together, grow together, and heal together.

I'm trained in two powerful modalities, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), that help you grow the muscles of resilience and joy. My practice is attachment-based, incorporates mindfulness, DBT, and somatic techniques to help you befriend your nervous system.

Molly sees individual clients ages 18+ and accepts Cigna, Evernorth, Aetna and Meritain. She is able to offer sliding scale appointments on a case-by-case basis.

Molly will be forming two groups focusing on chronic pain and disability, and a trauma 101 group in the coming Fall 2026. Email her at the link above for more information or to get on the list for her group.
